You may place an order as a guest without creating an account. For added convenience, we recommend creating an account, allowing you to view your order history, track deliveries, and manage your personal details with ease. To complete your purchase, simply add your selected pieces to the cart, proceed to Checkout & Pay, choose your preferred payment method, and finalize your order in a secure environment. All prices shown are final, with no hidden or additional fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Each order is prepared with care and dispatched promptly. Orders placed on business days before 23:00 are typically shipped the same day. Once dispatched, your jewelry is handed over to reliable and trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We offer complimentary shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. International shipping is also available, with free delivery on all orders over €75. Delivery times within Europe generally range between five and ten business days, from Monday through Saturday. Orders shipped outside Europe may take slightly longer depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Shipping costs are always included in the displayed price, allowing you to shop with complete clarity and confidence from checkout to delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it. After cancellation, you are granted an additional fourteen days to return the item.

Returned jewelry must be unused, in perfect condition, and complete with all original accessories and packaging. Return shipping from your location is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@icedout.eu, and we will guide you through the process.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within fourteen days, provided the item meets our return conditions.
